The Job:
Accounts and Administrative Executive
- Support AP and AR functions with primary responsibility in billings and collections.
- Provide sales admin support including but not limited to submission of product listing forms and customer stock card maintenance, issuance of Sales Order and tracking customer orders and fulfilment.
- Stock inventory manage including but not limited to creation of product codes, uploading of goods received in the accounting system.
- Assist with pricing, quotation and issuance of Purchase Order.
- Assist with monthly accounts closing and financial reporting.
- Assist with quarterly GST reporting and filing
- Proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and official documents
- Process expenses claims and HR support
- Provide administrative support to Management and support ad hoc duties assigned.
The Person:
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalents (LCCI/CAT/ACCA level2) with at least 2- 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Working knowledge of Basic Accounting software (eg.
AutoCount) an advantage - Familiar and up to date with accounting and statutory regulations in Singapore
- Mature, independent and resourceful.
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in MS excel
