Responsibilities:
(Accounting)
- Handle payment processing for subcontractors, suppliers, lease fees, salaries, and other related transactions
- Manage statutory requirements such as CPF and GST
- Prepare monthly cash flow statements and expense reports
(Admin)
- Coordinate lease contract renewals and related documentation
- Oversee general administrative tasks, including DHL shipments (2-3 times per month), stationery and office supply management, and other office support duties
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting
- Around 2-3 years of hands-on accounting and/or admin experience (e.g. AP/AR, payment processing, expense claims)
- Basic understanding of CPF, GST, and general Singapore accounting procedures
- Able to prepare simple monthly cash flow and expense reports
- Comfortable handling both accounting and general administrative tasks (e.g. DHL shipments, stationery, lease renewals)
- Experience using accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage
- Familiarity with basic document and contract management (e.g. payments, renewals) will be advantageous.
