Responsibilities**We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts and Admin Executive to manage the full set of accounts and support administrative operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently to meet reporting deadlines.
Accounting Duties:
- Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
- Manage monthly closing and ensure all accounts are up to date
- Process payroll, staff claims, and statutory submissions
- Prepare and submit GST returns.
- Assist with annual audit and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office administrative functions such as procurement, office supplies, and maintenance
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and internal departments
- Maintain proper filing system for administrative and HR documents
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding, leave records, and employee database maintenance
- Assist in ad hoc tasks and company events as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
