We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant (Admin) to join our team
Working Hours:
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Location:
15 Stamford Road
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily bookkeeping and data entry
- Prepare invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reports
- Manage general admin tasks such as filing, correspondence, and record keeping
- Support management in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge (preferably with QuickBooks / Xero / Excel)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous with numbers and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team player
