Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Support
Perform data entry for accounting transactions.
Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain and update customer and vendor accounts.
Verify invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and support financial control processes.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and related records.
Administrative Support
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform general office and administrative duties.
Provide support for daily operational activities.
Assist in scheduling and coordination tasks as required.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
1 – 2 years of relevant working experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge to use QuickBooks is a plus.
Basic ability to operate computer.
Able to communicate in basic English (spoken and written).
Good organisational skills, attention to details, and ability to multitask.
Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
