Headquartered in Singapore, our company develops and operates Asia's leading trading platform for Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).

We offer a one-stop ecosystem for RECs, supporting clients through the full REC lifecycle – asset registration, verification, marketplace and retirement.

Position Overview:

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts and HR Executive on a 6-month contract to support our finance and human resource operations, with a primary focus on accounting tasks (80%) and secondary support in HR functions (20%).

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong accounting background who are also open to supporting basic HR administration in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Reports To: Senior Accounts and HR Executive & Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties (80%)

  • Handle full or partial set of accounts, including data entry, GL, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.

  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and staff claims.

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports, P&L statements, and audit preparation.

  • Prepare GST filings, CPF contributions, and assist in IRAS submissions.

  • Track and process staff claims, company expenses, and vendor payments.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation and accounting schedules.

  • Use cloud-based accounting tools (Xero/Zoho Books).

HR Support Duties (20%)

  • Maintain employee records, leave tracking, and HR documentation.

  • Assist with payroll data collation (leave, overtime, claims)
  • Assist with monthly payroll by ensuring all data are captured correctly
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Assist with recruitment coordination (posting jobs, arranging interviews, communicating with candidates).

  • Help ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance - HR certification is a plus
  • 2–3 years of accounting with settlement experience in licensed Fintech industry, with some exposure to HR functions.

  • Familiar with Singapore statutory requirements: CPF, GST, IRAS, MOM.

  • IT Savvy, proficient in accounting and HR software (Xero/Zoho books, QuickHR)
  • Proficient in MS office.

  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setup
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Contract Terms:

  • Duration: 6-month contract
  • Renewal/Conversion: May be extended or converted to a permanent role based on performance and company needs

  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
