Job Scopes:
- Perform monthly journal entries and support letter of credit applications
- Generate accurate invoices, debit notes and credit notes
- Follow up on outstanding invoices by contacting clients
- Provide administrative support and assist with general accounting matters on a daily basis
- Handle customs-related functions including customs duty permit declarations and documentation compliance
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC or certificate in Accounting
- 1 year of relevant experience in accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to OT during peak period
