Perform general accounting related administrative work reporting to company accountant.

Process AP/AR transactions, issue SOA and follow up on payment
3.
Handle and Process staff expenses claims
4.
generate Tax Invoice from GRN, preparing monthly currency report.
5.
Experience in using cloud base business accounting system for dalily accounting work
6.
Assist in quarterly GST reporting/filing
7.
Assist in HR duties (monitoring annual leave, updated employee information, process work permit application with MOM and medical insurance)
8.
Keeping and monitoring of Fixed Assets record.
Skill-sets / work experience :
1.
At least 2-3 years of working experience as an account assistant or accounting function
2.
Capable of multi-task and work alongside with our Sales Administrator in using our cloud based ERP Business & Accounting Software ( A2000 Solutions )
3.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
4.
Proficient /competent in Microsoft Excel
5.
Quick learner and meticulous at work in a fast pace working environment
