About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team in managing daily accounting operations.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to build a strong foundation in accounting within a structured, HACCP- and ISO-certified environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Assist in bank reconciliation, petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Support month-end closing and report preparation.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit compliance.
- Assist Finance Executive with financial data collation and reporting tasks.
Requirements
- NITEC / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic understanding of accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Responsible, accurate, and able to meet deadlines.
