Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to handle daily accounting tasks, invoicing, and admin support.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify all supplier and vendor invoices.
- Prepare and issue daily invoices to customers accurately and on time.
- Issuing of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Job Orders.
- Assist in Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable.
- Assist in Sales Quotation.
- Filing of documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Ad hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts and administrative functions are preferred.
- Experience in construction industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive work attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
