Job Description:
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Verifying and importing of data into Xero Accounting software.
- Process staff claims reimbursements.
- Handle petty cash and expense claims.
- Maintain accuracy and filing of financial records.
- Prepare audit schedules and documents for internal/external audits.
- Review debtors ageing report and follow up on outstanding collection.
- Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the finance team.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance with minimum 2 to 3 years accounting experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software preferably Xero Accounting.
- Fast learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
