We have few outlets located around Singapore and the company is currently expanding the business.
We are looking for a candidate to support the team to help the company growth.
He or she must possess can-do attitude and being a responsible team player.
Responsibilities:
- Primary Duties: Oversee the month-end closing for few companies.
- Manage the company Cash flow and bank reconciliation.
- Manage accounts Payable and receivable
- Prepare financial statements
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules.
- Prepare GST submission
- Liaise with Auditors and Bankers
- Provide Admin Support.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualifications
- Min 2 year's relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
- Multi-tasking and work independently with self-initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player and able to take ownership of task assigned.
