Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliation for entities within group
- Process bank deposits and payments via online banking platform
- Reconcile monthly GTO for various mall outlets and financial statements
- Assist to liaise with external auditor for yearly audit and to provide all required schedules/reports for audit and tax purpose
- Prepare, send and process invoices
- Identify and address discrepancies in financial numbers
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Contact clients, suppliers, contractors and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Requirements
- Knowledge in Xero is a must
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role in Singapore
- Meticulous and independent to perform task without much supervision
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or qualifications in similar fields
- Min 1 year of working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
