Responsibilities
Accounts Assistant is member of the finance team covering the following roles :
- Full spectrum of Accounts Payable includes handling payment to both local and overseas suppliers and vouchering.
- To perform reconciliation on supplier's Statement of accounts.
- Assist with Internal and external audit activities, any adhoc request & etc.
- Assist with Statutory tax reporting, i.e. data pulling & etc.
- Others - task as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time management.
- Meticulous and problem solving.
- Proficient with Microsoft excel and word.
- Min 5 Years working experience within the same function
