The Account Assistant will provide accounting support to the Finance Team, and be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, providing support in accounts payables and receivables.
This position is on a part-time basis; working either half-day everyday or full-day on 2.5-days work week.
Job Description
· Recording receipts and preparing payments
· Creating donor records in Donor Management System
· Monitor procurement for the organisation's program
· Filing financial records and important documentation
· Collating and submitting documents from conferences for yearly audit
· Any other adhoc duties assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
· Minimum 'O' Level, professional certificate / NITEC in office skills
· Basic accounting knowledge
· Some related working experience is preferred
· Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
· Good verbal and written communication skills
