The Account Assistant will provide accounting support to the Finance Team, and be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, providing support in accounts payables and receivables.
This position is on a part-time basis; working either half-day everyday or full-day on 2.5-days work week.
Job Description
Recording receipts and preparing payments
Creating donor records in Donor Management System
Monitor procurement for the organisation's program
Filing financial records and important documentation
Collating and submitting documents from conferences for yearly audit
Any other adhoc duties assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 'O' Level, professional certificate / NITEC in office skills
Basic accounting knowledge
Some related working experience is preferred
Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
Good verbal and written communication skills
