Job Description
- Update and maintain records of orders, payments, and received stocks
- Input data accurately into the Quickbooks accounting system
- Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements
- Handle internet banking, AP, AR and company expenses
- GST report submission
- Support year-end audit and prepare audit schedules
- Assist in preparing project budgets
- Verify expenses, costing, shipping documents, and supplier statements
- Maintain accounting records and documentation for audit purposes
- Prepare and process purchase orders, supplier invoices, and RFQs timely
- Generate supplier payments and follow up with internal teams and suppliers (Singapore and overseas)
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements of account
- Coordinate with suppliers on incoming shipments and track order status
- Verify expenses, costing, shipping documents and statements
- Maintain accounting records and documentation for audit purposes
- Schedule meetings and arrange travel bookings
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting application will be an advantage
- Responsible and support to team members
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
- Able to start work immediately, preferably
