Job Scope:
Accounting Duties
- Handle full set of accounts, including balance sheet, P&L, and monthly journal entries.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare cheque/GIRO payments and manage petty cash.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and employee databases.
- Prepare and submit GST reports and other tax-related filings to IRAS.
- Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and staff claims (overtime, NS, childcare, paternity).
- Liaise with secretary, tax agent, and auditor for annual audits.
HR Duties
- Manage daily HR operations for about 30 staff with support from HR Assistant.
- Handle recruitment, employment contracts, and work pass applications/renewals/cancellations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies (MOM, EDB, IRAS, ACRA) on HR matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Support employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Organize staff engagement activities and company events.
- Carry out other ad-hoc accounting and HR tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in handling full sets of accounts, payroll, and GST reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, work pass management, and employee benefits.
