About Us
Choon Huat Engineering Pte Ltd is one of Singapore's most established construction equipment leasing companies.
Since 1983, we have supported major projects across industries — from shipbuilding, oil & gas, construction, metal fabricator and marine & offshore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments
- Prepare & issue Statements of Account and reminder letters to customers
- Provide timely updates on Accounts Receivable reports
- Distribute monthly Statements of Account to customers
- Work closely with the Sales & Finance teams to resolve outstanding AR issues
- Participate in monthly AR meetings
- Create new customer accounts in the ERP system
- Manage the blocking/unblocking of customer accounts and sales orders
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification
- 1–2 years' experience in Credit Control / Collections preferred
(Entry Level are also welcome to apply) - Experience with SAP FI CO or Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail, maturity, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken & written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and associates.
