Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of workers' payroll and all related matters in a high-transactional environment.
- Updating and verifying biometrics time-in and time-out to ensure payroll is accurate and completed within deadline.
- Coordinate with HR on wages preparation.
- Prepare wages allocation to projects, wages journals and back-charges to related parties.
- Prepare IR21 for resignations where applicable and IR8A for income tax submission.
- Prepare payment and discharge vouchers for resignations.
- Prepare various payroll related reports.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years hands-on experience in payroll preparation.
- LCCI Diploma in Accounting.
- Proficient in MS Excel i.e. vlookup, pivot table, etc…
- Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Immediate or short notice candidates would be preferred.
