Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and support monthly financial closing.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure enough funds for operations.
- Handle inter-company and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare audit schedules and reconcile balance sheet items on time.
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts.
- Manage GST submissions and reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
- Perform other assigned finance-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or a related professional qualification.
- Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction.
- Hands on experience with Sage 300 (Accpac) is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
