- Posting of Invoices in Navision, including 3 way matching
- Prepare and execute payments via cheques, online payments, telegraphic transfers, inward bills for collection or invoice financing.
- Maintain up to date vendor records
- Resolve any invoice or payment discrepancies
- Submit invoice financing application to banks, track financed invoices and manage repayment schedules.
- Issuance of Letter of Credits
- Update cashflow forecasts to ensure that there is sufficient bank lines and cash to meet financial obligations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and identify and resolve discrepancies, if any.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliation and identify and resolve discrepancies, if any.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve outstanding issues.
- Prepare balance sheet schedules
- Assist in month end closing, accruals, audit and tax filings.
- Ensure all payable activities comply with internal financial policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 3 years qualifying experience
- Familiar with ERP system, Navision preferred
- Experience in invoice financing, trade finance, or supply chain finance, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be preferred
- Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Meticulous and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Team player, detail oriented and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
