Position Summary:
The primary functions of this position relate to the accurate and timely reporting of financial results, the maintenance of the functional controls to safeguard and effectively use assets of the corporation through appropriate controls and compliance, and to providing senior management with the level of support and information required for the operation of the business.
Job Duties:
Prepare financial reports.
Primary responsibility of the management of financial results in accordance with GAAP.
Responsible for or assists with monthly financial analysis, Budgeting and forecasting
cycles.
review journal entries and accounting transaction to support liabilities for timely
compliance reporting.
Maintain full set of accounts for Singapore / Indonesia/ AP Group.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
Prepare Journal entries and accounts reconciliation.
Categorize accounting transactions in the proper entities, account and department.
Inter-Company reconciliation.
Review monthly trend report, reconcile and identity variance.
Manage payment and expenses reimbursements, ensuring proper documentation is in
place.

Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support all accounting reporting and

Education:
Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent educational background
Experience:
2-5 years if corporate accounting or financial analysis; SOA experience
Skills/Knowledge:
Excellent corporate accounting skills.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Good Knowledge on USGAAP and Local GAAP
Effective communications skills (both written and verbal) with internal and external customers.
PC skills including Access, spread sheets and word processing.
