Description
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes
Ensure timely submission of financial reports and documentation
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditure
Provide support during audits and implement recommendations effectively
Profile
A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
