Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of accounts
- Process monthly staff claims and record entries into accounting system
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain cash book records
- Perform quarterly GST submission report
- Perform fixed asset management
- Perform month-end closing in a timely manner, including maintaining relevant schedules, entering JV entries, and cost allocation JV entries into the accounting system
- Prepare financial management reports and financial accounting reconciliation
- Procurement function including PO issuance and inventory monitoring
- To involve in periodical physical internal audit checks on tools and inventories
- Liaise with auditors, and relevant tax authorities, if any
Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma in accountancy/LCCI/CAT or equivalent, with 5-6 year's related working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Experience in Ms Dynamic 365 with job cost module will be an added advantage
- Hands-on, self-motivated, meticulous, detail-minded and organized
- Commitment to performing required tasks in a timely manner
Able to work independently and in a team with good interpersonal skills

- Work Week : 5 days work week (Monday - Friday)
