Responsibilities:
- Perform full set of accounts (Balance sheet, Profit and loss and other sales/ purchase reports) including maintaining the daily ledgers on incoming and outgoing expenses
- Prepare payment to suppliers and confirm incoming funds from customers
- Perform online Quarterly GST F5 declaration
- Liaise with auditor on annual financial closing, including preparing documents for auditors
- Liaise with Company Secretary for matters relating to the Company such as filing of annual return, change of directors' information and so forth
- Liaise with tax agent on company income tax matters
- Daily office operations such as top up office supplies, dealing with office contract , copier leasing etc.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in full set of accounts, preferably in an SME environment
- Hands-on experience with MYOB accounting software
- Prior experience handling GST submission, financial statements, and audit coordination
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations
- Familiarity with annual return filing, corporate secretarial processes, and liaising with auditors / tax agents
- Experience with basic office administration such as vendor management, contract renewals, and stationery / equipment orders
