Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full set of accounts, ensuring the seamless operation of daily finance activities.
- Issue invoices to corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update sales records and customer invoices in the accounting system.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Administer payroll for all staff, including full-time, part-time, and freelance team members.
- Manage CPF contributions and assisting with an appointed Auditing company in the annual IR8A submission.
- Prepare and file monthly GST returns.
- Ensure smooth execution of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Liaise with external partners, including Corporate Secretaries and bank representatives.
- Generate regular financial reports, such as Profit and Loss statements, and provide strategic recommendations based on analysis.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- Calculate commissions for the sales team.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates welcome or 1 year of accounting/finance experience
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9AM – 6PM
