Job Description:
- Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
- Carry out month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Accurately prepare and submit GST filings within the stipulated deadlines.
- Maintain accurate financial records, schedule, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements
- Handle payroll processing, CPF submissions, income tax clearance, staff claims, and expense tracking
- Oversee HR functions including employee records, onboarding/offboarding, leave management, benefits, and work pass applications
- Communicate with tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant government authorities
- Provide administrative support to the Project Team for project-related tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or ERP systems
Strong attention to detail with effective time management skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and manage tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills for cross-department coordination
