Linkgas Engineering Enterprise is a leading provider of fire protection services in Singapore, dedicated to ensuring the safety of lives and property through reliable and innovative fire protection solutions.

We specialize in the design, installation, and servicing of cutting-edge fire suppression systems and products.

Position Overview:

The Accounts & HR Executive plays a dual-function role that supports both the finance and human resource functions of the company.

This position is responsible for handling day-to-day accounts payable and receivable activities, while also managing full-cycle in-house payroll and maintaining accurate employee records.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Invoice and Payment Processing: Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices; schedule and prepare vendor payments according to due dates.

  • Customer Billing and Collections: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.

  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.

Financial Administration and Compliance

  • General Ledger Maintenance: Manage/assist with bookkeeping, journal entries, and month-end closings.

  • Expense and Petty Cash Tracking: Monitor staff claims, operational expenses, and ensure supporting documents are filed.

  • Audit and Compliance Support: Assist with statutory filings, support annual audit processes, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

  • License and Tax Renewals: Responsible for tracking and renewing mandatory licenses and registrations including:

  • BCA License Renewal

  • NEA License Renewal (environmental controls or product approvals)
  • Company Vehicle Road Tax and Insurance Renewals

Payroll Administration and Government Contributions

  • Payroll Processing: Compute and process monthly payroll in-house, including variable payments (OT, allowances, deductions), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Statutory Contributions: Ensure accurate and timely submission of CPF, SDL, IR8A, and other government-mandated reports.

  • Leave and Attendance Tracking: Maintain leave balances and attendance records to support accurate payroll inputs.

  • Payslip and Record Management: Generate and distribute payslips and maintain employee payroll files in accordance with statutory and internal requirements.

HR Administrative Support

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee data, such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, medical claims, and performance records.

  • Work Pass Applications: Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of employment work passes for foreign employees, including liaising with MOM and other relevant authorities.

  • Work Pass Compliance: Monitor pass expiry dates, quota requirements, and ensure the company remains compliant with manpower regulations.

  • HR Compliance: Ensure all HR practices are compliant with MOM regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.

  • Employee Benefits Administration: Support employee claims, leave applications, and insurance coverage administration.

5.

General Support and Reporting

  • Filing and Documentation: Organize and archive both finance and HR documentation for easy retrieval and audit readiness.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth processing of claims, payroll inputs, and financial documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and payroll administration.

  • Proficient in accounting and payroll software (e.g., Microsoft 365 Business Dynamics, Xero, or similar tools).

  • Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws and CPF/IRAS regulations.

  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and financial information.
