– Flexgigzz is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to manage the Flexgigzz’s Employer department and In-charge of overall employer welfare related issue.
– Developed and implemented corporate-wide policies and procedures for managing all elements of welfare plans.
– The Key Accounts Manager is professionals who respond to and moderate issues on our Global platform.
– As a Key Accounts Manager , you will build strong relationships or solve complicated problems and reports to Flexgigzz’s Upper Management.
– The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, collaborative leader with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.
– Act as point of contact for Employer related crisis escalations that impact Flexgigzz’s community and reputation.
– Interact with Employers on a daily basis, responding to their questions about the company’s invoices, products or concerns and guiding them to the appropriate service.
– Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
– Lead and Train Key accounts staff.
– 5+ years experience as a Key Accounts Manager.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
– Aptitude in networking and building relationships.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management skills.
– Proven effectiveness in a constantly changing, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
