Location: Ubi (In-between Tasiseng & Ubi MRT)
Working Days:
Mon - Fri, office hours
Plus one Saturday per month - half day
Key Responsibilities:
Handle billing processes, including invoices, debit/credit notes and payment follow-ups.
Update and post receipts, payments and perform monthly journal entries.
Verify supplier pricing and invoices and manage letter of credit applications.
Oversee customs duties, permit declarations and other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Min.
NITEC or Certificate in Accounting/Business Admin or related field
Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certified will be preffered.
