Responsibilities
Process vendor and intercompany invoices with precision, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
Book purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices into the ERP system accurately, attaching necessary supporting documents and approvals.
Handle travel and entertainment expense claims by verifying compliance with group T&E policy before processing.
Prepare detailed account reconciliations related to accounts payable, such as reviewing vendors’ statements to ensure accuracy.
Communicate effectively within the finance team and with supply chain colleagues, requestors, and vendors to address queries or resolve issues promptly.
Prepare and process payments on schedule, maintaining clear records for audit purposes and ensuring proper authorisation.
Update the daily cash book to keep financial records current and reliable.
Support the immediate supervisor with additional duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility.
What You Bring
At least five years of relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar finance function.
Meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy under deadlines.
Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and external vendors.
Ability to work independently while remaining dependable during busy periods or when handling sensitive information.
Excellent interpersonal skills and English proficiency (written and spoken).
Proven ability to prioritise tasks, multitask under pressure, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Experience using Oracle NetSuite is an advantage; willingness to learn new systems is appreciated.
Advanced Excel skills to analyse data and prepare reports.
