ACE@RP - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Job Opening In Singapore, Singapore – Now Hiring Careers@Gov


Job description

[What the role is]

You will work with schools to manage the end-to-end administration, to ensure the efficient and effective running of a suite of CET programmes.

You will also handle daily course administration matters and provide quality, customer-oriented services to companies and students.

[What you will be working on]

  • Serve as the key liaison between students, academic teams, internal departments, and external agencies.
  • Provide course-related advice and support to students.
  • Manage course setup and enrolment in Training Management Systems (TMS) and SSG platforms.
  • Process billing, verify payments and funding applications for individual and corporate learners
  • Maintain accurate student attendance records.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, printing of course materials, and refreshments.
  • Assist with grant claims and related documentation.
  • Support system enhancements for TMS, including gathering requirements, testing, and implementation.
  • Develop effective operational and analytical dashboards for the CET processes
  • Analyse business and stakeholders’ requirements and priorities, identify and make recommendations to streamline processes using digitalisation or automation tools
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

You should be meticulous, possess good people relationship skills to work with internal and external stakeholders along with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and accurate in data entry and documentation.
  • Professional communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Familiarity with CET funding schemes is a plus.
  • Must possess systems thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Uipath and Power Automate preferred
