Summary
Full contract responsibility for the project.
End to end reporting to management for the project procedure to Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all work on the site.
- Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work.
- Determine budget and project schedules
- Responsible for submission of material sample and shop drawing.
- Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment.
- Carry out site visit, attend site test and inspection and temporary work.
- Workout and maintain VO schedule.
- Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.
- Prepare progress claim to Main-contractor on monthly basis.
- Prepare payment certificate, verify sub-contractor work progress.
- Ensure quality standard and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
- Work closely with project team and resolve all technical issue.
- Familiar calculation with heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load and external static pressure calculation
- Maintain, manage and document according to ISO Standards.
- Able to execute multiple tasks and projects
- Other related duties, as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of ACMV experience based in Singapore
Seeking career progression
Adequate qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of industrial codes, standards, and procedures
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and organizational skills
Willingness to learn
5.5 working days per week
