Role Responsibilities
- Acquire Asia Pacific‑headquartered accounts across Lenovo lines and achieve financial targets
- Build and strengthen executive‑level relationships to accelerate acquisition opportunities
- Develop go‑to‑market strategies and partner with ecosystem partners to win new business
- Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Global Account Managers to drive sustainable growth
- Contribute actively to long‑term growth strategies as a member of the AP Global Account leadership team
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record in acquiring and growing large regional or global accounts
- Experience leading sales teams and managing complex customer engagements across multiple geographies
- Deep understanding of the APAC business environment and cultural dynamics
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to travel across the region as required
