Mon-Fri 9.30-6pm, Alternate Saturday half day

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Accounts & Logistics Department in daily operations.

  • Weekly reconciliation of e-commerce sales & AR
  • Organise and file daily/monthly documents.

  • Keying of PO and issuing of sales invoices.

  • Keying of Expenses.
    Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
