Job description

Full Time Accounts and Admin Assistant

5 Days Work Week

Working Hours: 9:30am - 6:30pm

Working Location: one-north

Probation Period: 3 months

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in General administrative duties and other support work
  • Manage office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping
  • Maintain and tracking of office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Manage Daily Accounting functions like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets Management
  • Handle employee's claims by verifying claims applications and receipts
  • Perform business support services like generate tax invoices, preparation of payment via TT/Bank Transfer, etc.

  • Process supplier invoices and expense claims
  • Perform monthly payroll process
  • Assist with annual audit preparations
  • Handle statutory tax compliance matters (e.g. filing of GST) and queries from IRAS
  • Assist with the implementation of financial policies and processes and ensure adherence to reporting standards
  • Liaise with bankers, company secretary, auditor and tax agent
  • Provide support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently, a team player and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Detailed and meticulous.

  • Good working attitude, team player & willing to learn

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business Administrative or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (optional)
  • Candidates who're able to converse in both English & Mandarin preferred, need to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
  • Singapore Citizen/ Permanent-Residents only
