Job Description:
The Admin and Account Executive will be primarily responsible for all office operation aspects of Administrative, HR, Accounting and Book-keeping work.
At the same time, he/she shall be responsible for supporting both Director of the organization on ad-hoc duties as well as other related activities assigned.
Responsibilities:
Management of all aspects of corporate, taxation, financial and accounting functions including AP, AR, GST filing and Tax planning (working with 3rdparties), internal control and statutory matters for the Company.
Perform HR duties, including maintaining of staff's records, work pass administration (such as permit application / issuance / renewal / cancellation) and new staff recruitment.
Handle Administrative duties, such as filing and record keeping of documents, process workflow, and provide support to ensure efficient operation of office.

Good in written and verbal communication skills both English and Chinese (In order to liaise with the English and Mandarin speaking associates)

Technical Competency
Full set accounting handling experience and responsible for day-to-day admin and account work
Working Experience with Service Provider, System Integrator, or IT Company setup is a plus
Preferred knowledge of computerized accounting software
Education:
Any tertiary education (local or overseas) preferred but not essential.
Training and Guidance will be provided for candidate that have good attitude to pick up this role.
