Description
- Company Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping, process invoices, track expenses, and manage petty cash
- Personal Assistance: Act as a dedicated personal assistant to the manager, handling scheduling, travel arrangements, and other personal needs with discretion
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their business needs, requests, and order-related questions to ensure a positive experience
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
