As an Admin & Front Desk Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Front Desk Duties
- Oversee the front desk to create a favorable first impression for guests, warmly welcoming them with a professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the relevant departments and promptly providing accurate information in response to inquiries.
- Maintain and keep updated the meeting room booking schedule, assisting with room reservations as needed.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Admin Duties
- Support various office duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate maintenance for office equipment and supplies such as copiers, flower arrangements, corporate gifts, and stationery.
- Record and manage postage usage and franking credits.
- Maintain and update records of complimentary car park tickets for visitors and guests.
- Manage email communications and staff announcements.
- Assist in organizing office meetings and lunch events for management.
- Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of GCE O' Levels and and above with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
