Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client & Support Administration Executive to assist our team in delivering excellent client service and efficient operations.
This role provides both administrative support and direct client servicing, helping to maintain strong client relationships and organized internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the financial advisory team
- Manage and update internal records, including client databases and case files
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain team calendars
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of client-related materials
Client Support
- Assist clients with insurance claims, general inquiries, and service requests
- Follow up with providers and clients on application or claim statuses
- Prepare and send quotations, benefit summaries, and policy documents
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions
Data & Presentation Preparation
- Organize, clean, and maintain accurate client data for team use
- Prepare and format PowerPoint slides for client meetings and presentations
- Support the team in generating proposals, reports, and marketing materials
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or client service is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a helpful and positive attitude
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with occasional client contact
- Standard office hours; flexibility may be required during peak periods or project deadlines
