We are seeking for an Administrative Assistant who will play an important role in supporting the efficient running of the office and day-to-day operations.
This position acts as a liaison between global departments, internal staff, external agencies, and the general public.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills in a professional and approachable manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold safety and environmental protection as fundamental values in all activities.
Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and coordinate Board and management meetings, working closely with multiple departments to consolidate required materials
- Manage the Managing Directors calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports
- Oversee calendars for internal and external meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts promptly.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and office documentation.
Event Coordination
- Contribute to the office social committee, assisting in the planning and organization of social and CSR activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of experience in office administration or management support
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong time management, interpersonal skills, and flexibility in handling multiple priorities.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Consistently monitors work to ensure high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to take on additional responsibilities in support of the team.
