DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ADMIN ASSISTANT
Maintain a record on fixed asset and update regularly
Record incoming/outgoing mails daily
Keep record of movement of keys daily
Typing, Filing and Printing
Issue car discs/facility passes
Record complaints and re-direct to the attention of Condominium Manager
Purchase stamps/stationeries/refreshments as required
Maintaining leave records for site office staff
Oversee bookings of recreational facilities
Collection of cheques for the maintenance charges, booking fees and other incomes and record
Put up notices in notice boards
Maintaining petty cash
To carry any other duties as and when required by the Management
