- Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and procedures.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages accurately.
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) and paper files.
- Process patient forms, insurance documents, and billing information.
- Coordinate communication between departments, patients, and medical staff.
- Order and maintain office and medical supplies inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
- Support other administrative tasks as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Min Higher Nitec and above
- Those who can start immediately will have a added advantage
