We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Assistant to support our daily administrative operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office functions and maintaining proper documentation.
Job Description:
- Perform general administrative duties for office up-keeping
- Handle company insurance matters, including Work Injury Compensation and other medical-related policies.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment documents, employee files and documentation for company matters
- Provide administrative support to company events and meetings, including scheduling, catering arrangements.
- Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely re-ordering and maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
- Handle employee's training /course arrangement logistics.
- Manage phone calls and attend to walk-in visitors
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Able to start immediately or on a short notice
- Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline or Business-related courses
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Familiarity with the Employment Act is an advantage
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with staff of all levels
- Positive work attitude and willing to take on additional responsibilities when required
- Team player with good organizational skills
