Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide operational support for administrative and auditing activities.
The role focuses on hands-on assistance to ensure accuracy, compliance and filing.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Documentation Assistance:
- Assist in preparing and compiling valuation records for products.
- Support photo-taking, labelling, and cataloguing of items for valuation purposes.
- Ensure data accuracy when inputting item details into the valuation system.
- Tag, sort, and arrange items systematically for valuation review.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify discrepancies or incomplete valuation data.
- Cross-check valuation inputs against physical inventory to ensure alignment.
Inventory Review Assistance:
- Assist in checking, calculating and verifying product records for completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct basic data entry and updates to the tracking system.
- Help maintain proper filing and organization of physical and digital records.
- Support routine reviews of inventory for compliance with internal policies.
- Flag and escalate any inconsistencies or missing documentation to the supervisor.
General Administrative Tasks:
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and labelling.
- Coordinate movement and storage of items related to pledge and valuation.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and simple reporting formats.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks to support management and the broader operations team as needed.
Key Requirements:
- No formal qualifications required.
- Some experience in administrative or operational support roles preferred.
- Attention to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.
- Able to handle physical tasks such as sorting or handling items.
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus.
- Willing to learn and work closely with the team.
