Deals with the documents associated with project
Handling matters at site office, such as staff and workder’s attendance,
accommodation/dormitory related issues, training, leave applications, etc.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
In charge of all paper works preparations and issuance to relevant internal and external parties, such as material requisition form, purchase order and liaise with requestor until delivery and more.
Managing claims and other related project administrative work
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Project Manager
Job Qualification and Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in construction site office admin support.
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for documents preparation.
Experience in capacity of managing authorities' submissions and clearance matters.
Must be comfortable and willing to work in construction site
