Admin Assistant (Document Management) Job Opening In Singapore, Singapore – Now Hiring BGC Group

Job Highlights

Join our dynamic HR team as an Admin Assistant (Document Management) ! If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with both physical and digital documents, and thrive in an organised, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!

Location & Compensation

Nearest MRT: Kent Ridge
Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary: up to $2,655 per month
Contract duration: 6 months (with a possibility of extension)

Job Descriptions

Digitisation of HR documents and records (includes physical moving of boxes of files from store room to desk using trolley, sort and scan hardcopy documents, e-file documents, shred hardcopy documents)

Job Requirements

  • Only Singaporean.

  • GCE A Levels or Diploma in any related field.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experiences.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Words & PowerPoint.
