Job Scope
- Provide earnest education advice to parents and students for them to make the best education decisions for themselves.
- Assist customers in the enrolment of our tuition classes and enrichment programs
- Take charge of the daily operations of the tuition centre, including keeping the place clean and tidy.
- Communicate with tutors and students effectively and positively to coordinate new classes or schedule changes
- Handle all communications with parents by taking over the centre's mobile phone.
- Follow up closely with parents in their enquiries.
- Collect payment and issue receipts for payments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience doing customer service for enrichment centres
- Able to work well with spreadsheets
- Able to communicate positively and effectively
- Good understanding of the Singapore education system
- Infallible work ethics
