Admin Assistant for Social Enterprise in Education
Provide earnest education advice to parents and students for them to make the best education decisions for themselves.
Assist customers in the enrolment of our tuition classes and enrichment programs.
Take charge of the daily operations of the tuition centre, including keeping the place clean and tidy.
Communicate with tutors and students effectively and positively to coordinate new classes or schedule changes.
Handle all communications with parents by taking over the centre’s mobile phone.
Follow up closely with parents in their enquiries.
Collect payment and issue receipts for payments.
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience doing customer service for enrichment centres.
Able to work well with spreadsheets.
Able to communicate positively and effectively.
Good understanding of the Singapore education system.
